Summer 2023 Activities

Pack 461 stays active over the summer! While we take a break from Den and Pack meetings, we enjoy the warm weather while doing some fun activities. Scouts who attend event in June, July, and August will receive the National Summertime Award pin (pictured to the right) for their rank!

You can also attend one of the many activities offered by the National Capital Area Council summer adventures and the Potomac District that can be done by individual scouts.

June 19-23: 2023 IWL-Lois Green Day Camp (White Oak/Potomac) Cub Scout day camps are organized by the National Capital Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, and conducted by volunteers from the local area. Day camps are for registered Cub Scouts entering the 1st-5th grades the following school year. Those entering the 1st grade must be accompanied by an ‘adult partner’ during their participation. Click here for registration instructions
